Small Group Training

Similar to our personal one on one training, small group training allows gym members to work with one of our trainers at NEMO Fitness and create a 6 week personalized exercise plan. The benefit of small group training is that you can have 2-3 other people working out with you. All clients in the small group training will discover and set their own unique fitness goals, but their workouts will be completed at the same time with a single trainer. Small group training is able to give you incredible results because your workouts will be tailored to meet your specific needs and you will have the motivation of your peers working out alongside you.

Our trainers are here to help you every step of the way. Teaching you to use the exercise equipment at our facility, motivating you to complete your workout, weekly accountability for your health goals, and celebrating your successes!


You’ll Get:

  • Use of our gym facility and equipment

  • A dedicated trainer planning every workout

  • Two personalized 60 minute workouts a week (12 total workouts)

  • Movement Screen

  • Three InBody scans to measure the amount of muscle gained, the amount of fat lost, and much more
