Bryce Johnston

Head Trainer

Dr. Bryce Johnston was born and raised in Clarence, Missouri where he now lives with his wife and three kids. Bryce is the owner of NEMO Chiropractic and is passionate about serving his hometown area. He is excited to bring a new type of healthcare system to Northeast Missouri that includes NEMO Fitness. Bryce went to Northwest Missouri State University and graduated with a B.S. in Biology/ Psychology. Bryce played football for the Northwest Bearcats and won 2 national titles while there. He went on to earn a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland University in Overland Park, Kansas. Bryce has multiple certifications in functional training that include CSCS, CFSC, and Rehab to Fitness. Bryce specializes in group classes for athletic performance.

Milli Mozee-Williams

Gym Manager/Trainer

Milli Mozee-Williams is from Clarence, MO. She graduated from South Shelby High School in 2023. “Going into high school, I didn’t care about fitness and didn’t like to workout. I got started training as part of the basketball team and it took off from there.”

Milli started working out at NEMO Fitness as a student athlete and then started helping with fitness camps in the summers. Her love of sports and fitness continued even after graduating high school and now she has joined the NEMO Fitness Team as a trainer.

Lindsey Moncrief

Trainer

My name is Lindsey Moncrief! I am a certified personal trainer and certified in nutrition! I received my certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Fitness has been my passion for over a decade. Since then I have used that outlet to help other women feel their best. I have four years of training experience with group exercise classes as well as one on one training sessions.  I love showing busy individuals how they can excel at work, be a mom, and reach personal fitness goals. I believe simplicity is key when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and an overall well being.  When I am not in the gym; I enjoy being with my family. I have been married to my husband, Vance, for ten years. We have two boys, Daxton and Maverick. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, baking, and reading. I am excited to be a part of the team here at NEMO Fitness!
